  • Well experienced in pathological service marketing, especially in medical laboratory services
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Capacity to work independently, effectively and harmoniously within the team
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Soft skills to interact with customers over the phone or video calls or in-person meetings
  • Willingness to travel around the Kathmandu Valley for work

Job Description

  • Generate sales lead through clinic/hospital and other organizational visits and cold call
  • Mobilize a sales team efficiently and effectively
  •  Promote pathological and other healthcare services provided by Alfa Care
  • Provide the expertise in Sales and Marketing optimally by contributing and committing to the business growth
  • Maintain database of sales clients visited and referred, and submit periodic reports
  • Meet the annual and periodic targets set by the Management
  • Support in solving customers’ problems while providing Alfa Care services
  • Be a significant member of the Alfa Care family for the growth of the company
