Job Description

As our first non-technical leadership hire, you will work directly with the Founder to drive sales growth, onboard and nurture vendors, manage digital marketing, and keep day-to-day logistics humming. This is a hands-on role for someone who is looking to work and grow, particularly in an innovative startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Vendor Acquisition: Identify producers, importers, and distributors; pitch platform benefits; onboard and train new vendors; maintain ongoing relationships.
  • Marketing & Content: Plan and run social-media campaigns (Meta, TikTok, etc.); brief designers; write SEO-friendly posts, product copy, and blog articles.
  • Logistics & Order Fulfilment: Allocate orders to in-house or partner couriers, track delivery SLAs, troubleshoot delays, and keep cost logs up to date.
  • Customer & Payment Ops: Oversee order status, refunds, and customer queries; reconcile COD and digital payments with finance.
  • Strategy & Reporting: Research market trends, suggest service improvements, and create weekly KPI dashboards for the Founder.
