  • Must have an existing good network with the related domestic market.
  • Must have experience of directly managing a team ranging from 10-20 people or more.
  • Should be able to demonstrate how you have secured new business, led trading term negotiations, and closed large deals.
  • Must be prepared to spend an extensive amount of time in the marketplace, with the sales teams and the client.
  • Warm personality with great energy and initiatives & a team player.
  • Education: Minimum bachelor's degree.
  • Must have a total of  4-5 years work experience as a Sales Manager with minimum 2 years of experience in a trading field of ISP company. 

Job Description

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets as planned
  • Growing and developing the capabilities of the cable sales through successful coaching and consistent review processes
  • Design and implement strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their cable needs and fulfill them accordingly.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the immediate manager.
  • Portray exceptional leadership skills to decide product line-up for the market segments, demand fulfilment, product launches, forecasting demand & competition analysis.
