Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the company's sales operations and drive sustainable business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, leading the sales team, managing retail, corporate (B2B), and e-commerce sales channels, and identifying new business opportunities. The role also involves overseeing online sales performance, coordinating promotional campaigns, and utilizing digital advertising tools, including Meta Ads, to maximize revenue and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales KPIs.
• Manage retail, corporate (B2B), and e-commerce sales operations to maximize business performance.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels to expand market reach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, corporate clients, and business partners.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
• Monitor sales performance, customer trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee product performance across e-commerce platforms and optimize online sales strategies.
• Create, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram) to maximize sales and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Analyze sales data, campaign performance, and customer insights to improve business performance and profitability.
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and business analyses for management.
• Coordinate with the Finance, Operations, and Creative teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and successful campaign execution.
