LaxmiNarayan Furniture Udhyog is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager for B2B & Wholesale to lead and expand its institutional and wholesale furniture sales. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in furniture sales, a solid B2B client network, and the ability to drive revenue growth across corporate, dealer, and project-based segments.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute B2B and wholesale sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Manage and expand relationships with wholesalers, distributors, dealers, contractors, and corporate clients.
Identify new business opportunities in institutional, commercial, and project-based furniture sales.
Lead negotiations, pricing, and contract closures with key clients.
Coordinate with production, design, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management.
Represent the company in business meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B or wholesale sales, preferably in the furniture or manufacturing industry.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
Strong network with dealers, contractors, architects, interior designers, and institutional buyers.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage a sales team and work cross-functionally.
Willingness to travel as required for business development.
