We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a sales professional with proven experience in elevators, escalators, mechanical car parking systems, hydraulic industrial elevators, aluminum system windows, or related technical solution sectors.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify, approach, and convert potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Track sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to achieve targets.
Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and networking platforms.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field).
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in elevator, car parking systems, or construction-related industries.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong negotiation, sales planning, and cold calling skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
Responsible, punctual, and result-oriented.
