The Role

As a Sales Manager at Vibe Global, you will lead initiatives to increase brand visibility, engage students, and generate leads for our UK diploma offerings. You will serve as the bridge between aspiring students and their academic goals, crafting compelling campaigns, building relationships, and working to meet or exceed enrollment targets. Your efforts will help turn inquiries into enrollments and drive the success of our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Marketing: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans across digital and offline channels (social media, events, webinars, print) to boost brand awareness and drive student engagement.
  • Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and nurture prospective student leads through targeted content, outreach, and follow-up strategies.
  • Events & Partnerships: Organize educational fairs, information sessions, and collaborate with partner institutions to showcase our UK diploma programs and attract interested students.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with counseling and documentation teams to streamline inquiries and convert them into enrollments.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, student mobility trends, and policy changes, and adjust strategies to stay ahead in the market.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead volume, conversion rates, and campaign ROI, and present actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
