Business Development Manager

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, International Relations, or a related field.
• Master's degree will be an added advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, partnership management, sales, marketing, or the international education sector.
• Experience in student recruitment or higher education partnerships is preferred.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong business development and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with local and international stakeholders.
• Strong networking and partnership management abilities.
• Good understanding of international education and student recruitment processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English; knowledge of additional foreign languages is an asset.
