Job Summary:

We are looking for highly motivated and experienced Sales Managers to drive sales growth, particularly in the Project Business sector. The ideal candidates should have strong connections with Consultants, Architects, and Builders, along with excellent communication and convincing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders such as Consultants, Architects, and Builders.
Generate leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry.
Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing reports for senior management.
Coordinate with internal teams for seamless project execution.
Maintain customer satisfaction and handle client queries effectively.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education: MBA (Master’s in Business Administration) – Mandatory.
Experience: Minimum 7 years in sales, preferably in Project Business.
Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Nepali.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of sales strategies, CRM software, and reporting tools.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and convincing abilities.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Well-groomed personality with professional conduct.

Special Requirement : Must own a 2-wheeler and be willing to travel for business.
