Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Brand Bucket, located in Kathmandu. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, and identifying new business opportunities. They will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Experience in the health and beauty industry
• Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques
• Ability to analyze market trends and competitors
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Ability to travel for client meetings, conferences, and industry events
