Job Description

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the e-commerce sector.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in the e-commerce industry is essential.
  • Previous exposure to the OTA, hospitality, or travel sector will be considered a significant advantage.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently deliver high-performance results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Provide regular market feedback to the management team for product and service enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to the senior management team.
