Job Description

As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for our hotel. You will lead a team of sales professionals, develop and execute strategic sales plans, and foster strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel agencies. Your goal will be to maximize revenue and ensure the continued success and reputation of The Vannasut Hotel Pvt. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to capture new business opportunities.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and promotions.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
