Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
  • Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
  • Lead or participate in driving the organizational vision, projects, and initiatives; proactively and identify more efficient strategies to promote efficiency
  • Developing sales plans and strategies to achieve personal and team sales targets.
  • Identify the needs and requirements of the clients and communicate within the cross departments for the solution to achieve the result
  • Identify opportunities that are of mutual benefit for the organization and customers to drive profitable growth
  • Collaborate and Guide team members to actively seeking out new sales opportunities through calling, networking and social media
  • Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and helping the management team in setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business and increase sales
  • Carry out sales forecasts, analysis and presenting the findings to the team
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients when required
