Job Description

We are looking for a competitive, trustworthy and ambitious Sales Manager to help us build up our business activities and expand our clientele base. The incumbent will be responsible achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence. Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, training and performance monitoring of each team member.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with Hospital’ Staff, Our Channel Partners and Hospital Consultants.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships cliental base with hospitals by partnering with them and understanding their needs

Education: Any Graduate - Any Specialization.

Experience: At least 6 years of sales experience. And at least 1 year of experience as managing sales team.

Key skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Common IT skills viz. Email, MS Excel, Power Point, Word etc.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Commercial awareness & Numerical skills.
  • Should be able to speak LOCAL LANGUAGE fluently.
  • Must have Working knowledge of English.
