Job Description

  • Evaluate company’s Sales and Marketing structures to plan for continual improvements
  • Promoting and selling the company’s existing products and services
  • Analysis of database, targeted audience and lead generation
  • Responsible for the development and delivery of the strategic plan to achieve business objectives, drive, profit and customer service
  • Establish a structured multi-channel sales framework across the business operations with a focus on building a high – performance sales culture
  • Supervise in the daily operations & functions of Sales & Marketing
  • Provide guidance, leadership, and mentoring to Sales & Marketing team and Property Management team in their assigned duties
  • Lead all key Sales & Marketing Issues
  • Achieving Target Sales
  • Responsible for effective financial management reporting and sales forecasting
  • Recruiting Sales team, Set Objectives, Training and Supervising Staffs
  • Anticipate client needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
  • Hold weekly briefings and meetings with Sales Departments
  • Communicate and report effectively to Executive Board Team
  • Identifying new opportunities daily for Sales
