This role will report to the National Sales Manager. This role will work across a multitude of developing businesses. S/he is primarily responsible for setting sales strategy, guiding the sales team to perform, recommending geographical expansion and managing product development. S/he is the one who plays a pivotal role in achieving the sales targets and eventually generates revenue for the organization. 
Responsibilities: 
Team management: 
- Outreach, recruitment and supervision of Area Managers 
 - Supporting Area Managers to recruit Suryamukhis 
 - Identify multiple ways to develop Suryamukhis and Sales team 
 - Continuous gathering of feedback from Suryamukhis and Area Managers to assess performance 
 - Creating incentive scheme to retain the network 
 - Own the sales target of Nepal and provide innovative solutions to the ground problems and drive the team of Area Managers and Suryamukhis to reach the goal 
 - Collaborate with global sales head to drive and motivate the local sales team
 - Work collaboratively with other verticals on Suryamukhi promotions and dropout 
 
Strategy and Planning: 
- Develop sales strategies, engage Area Managers to implement strategies and drive towards target 
 - Committed to uplift the life of women from marginalized communities and comfortable to work at the grassroots level 
 - Understand the social aspect of sales and contribute to the vision and mission of the organization 
 - Understand the gaps in Sales team performance and drive towards improvementthrough strong collaboration with other verticals 
 - Identify gaps and give feedback to other verticals in order to improve Suryamukhis performance 
 - Research and recommend strategic insights to management on Geographical Expansion 
 - Prepare monthly network performance report to the management team 
 
Product: 
- Understand the recommend product based on the recommendations from Suryamukhi and Impact perspective and provide insights to management
 - Market research to source and test products to meet consumer demand
 - Evaluation of products against the Pollinate selection criteria 
 - Developing relationships with suppliers - domestic and international - to ensure best terms 
 - Work closely with the Area Managers and Operations Manager to ensure the right product mix is available to the network in a timely and cost efficient manner. 
 
Networking: 
- Develop and create a relationship with institution/ organizations for developing strong Business to Business networks 
 - Provide insights and closely coordinate with Operation Manager and Area Managers to fulfill the vacant locations after Suryamukhi dropout
