Full Job Description:

Hiring immediately for full-time or part-time salary-based Retail Sales Floor Associate at The Liquor World located in Uttardokha Lazimpat.

Job Summary:

As a Retail Sales Floor Associate, you are responsible for providing an exceptional customer service experience while driving sales. By using selling skills as well as your amazing interpersonal skills, you will be asked to quickly build relationships with customers and advise them on a product portfolio based on their shopping needs.

Qualifications:

• Customer Service: 1 year (Required)  including greeting customers, building relationships, assisting in locating/selecting/selling products, identifying and resolving customer issues
• Sales experience 1 year (Required)
• Wine & Spirits knowledge (Preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting and establishing a rapport with customers while informing them of our products and services.
• Inform customers of our active promotional offers.
• Learn The Liquor World’s full product inventory to provide customers with recommendations and connect them to the right product(s).
• Be willing to learn about technical information on wine, beer, and spirits.
• Maintain store visual presentation according to store merchandising guidelines
• Replenish and maintain inventory, and store displays.
• Perform cashier functions and ensure proper payment and transaction.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with store managers.
• Maintain store safety and sanitation standards.

Requirements:

• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires.
• Ability to use technology applicable to the position and access information necessary to complete daily responsibilities. Computer skills are required. 
• Desire to continually develop retail sales skills and knowledge of products and services
• Wine, Beer & Spirits knowledge is preferred, and learning more detailed technical information on the job will be expected.
• Must be willing and able to lift 15kgs on a regular basis as stocking will be a regular requirement of this job.
