Sales Executive - International Operations

Are you a highly organized and results-driven individual looking to make an impact in the Education Immigration sector? Join Empowerment Group as a Sales Executive. You will be a key player in our team, responsible for streamlining operations, boosting sales performance, and ensuring smooth communication with prospective students.

What we need from you

This role is a dynamic blend of sales support, administration, and team enablement. Your duties will include:

• Help set and achieve sales goals, plan activities, and develop effective sales strategies.
• Analyse sales data and forecast future trends to inform decision-making.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and partners.
• Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance performance.
• Research market trends and customer needs in the study abroad industry.
• Write clear and concise emails in English and effectively communicate with colleagues and partners.
• Negotiate deals and proactively resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and continuously work to improve sales processes and performance.
• Handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.

Compensation & Other Benefits:

• Performance bonus, Sales commission, Festival Bonus.
• After meeting the target, you will earn extra for each additional file
• Salary Review: Yearly
• We offer increments after a year and position changes increment.
