  • Ability: Ability to plan the overall business strategy of the genset products trading unit in ability to convince the customer, forecast business and business dynamics ability to perform in pressure, ability to work independently etc.
  • Experience: 1-3 years’ experience in sales and after sales services of genset products will be an advantage.
  • Responsibility: To oversee the total sales of genset products, meeting sales targets and conducting after sales services.
  • Working conditions: Working conditions are normal for an office environment & frequent site visits. Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening work.

Job Description

  • Preparation of detailed sales plan of the unit.
  • Preparation of various proposals, quotations, maintains reports etc.
  • Meeting the sales target, conducting marketing activities for promotion of the brand etc.
  • Maintaining of various sales log books on approved formats.
  • Formulate marketing and sales strategies and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Come up with innovative marketing promotion plans.
  • Attend different meeting as and when required.
  • Collect all dues and follow up on sales payments, if any. 
  • Prepare daily sales plan and also after sales follow up etc.
  • Maintain and follow the quality management system as per ISO 9001:2008.
  • Resolve engineering / operations issues.
  • Other duties as assigned.
