Roles and responsibilities of this job

Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and market research.
Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client requirements and provide relevant product or service recommendations.
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, track leads, and report sales activities to management.
Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.
Negotiate contracts and terms to close deals while ensuring they align with company policies.
Provide post-sales support and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively position our offerings in the market.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and customer support, to achieve sales objectives.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Required Age:Less than 30 years

Other Specification

Proven track record of success in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in a multinational company.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel, if required, for client meetings and conferences.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
