• Preparation of sales plan, route plan and target setting
  
• Strong negotiating skills
• Willingness and desire to work in the market
• Independently deal with various sales trade partners (dealer, whole seller, retailer)
• Ability to control and manage credit and cash collection 
• Timely communication with concerned stakeholders
• Fundamental understanding of accounts and receivable aging
• Timely preparation of sales reports and other communication materials as required
• Should have the desire and willingness to achieve the target regardless of the situation 
• Ready to travel across different regions of Nepal as required

Will need to frequently travel to India to look for suppliers
