Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing sales promotion activities, coordinating with dealers and distributors, expanding market reach, and contributing to overall business growth through effective customer engagement and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute sales and promotional activities in assigned territories
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and customers
Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage
Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives
Conduct regular market visits and gather customer feedback
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service
Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain strong customer relationships

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum +2 (Higher Secondary) completed
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, sales promotion, or a related field
Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license
Must own a two-wheeler vehicle
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
Willingness to travel for field visits and market development activities

Salary & Benefits:

Starting Salary: NPR 25,000 per month
