Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking energetic and result-driven Salespersons to join our Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for promoting our poultry feed products, building strong customer relationships, expanding market presence, and achieving sales targets within their assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell the company's poultry feed products.
Achieve assigned sales and collection targets.
Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and farmers.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Conduct regular market visits and gather market intelligence.
Prepare sales reports and provide customer feedback.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Intermediate (+2) or Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Marketing, or a related field.
Relevant sales or marketing experience is preferred; freshers with strong potential may apply.
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Male candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
Valid two-wheeler driving license and own vehicle will be an added advantage.
