Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking motivated Sales Executives to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of sales experience who are eager to kickstart their career in international B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Initiate outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries from international clients
Present, promote, and pitch company services to potential leads across global markets
Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Follow up on leads, manage sales pipelines, and close deals effectively
Maintain accurate records of communication and sales progress using CRM tools
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure client satisfaction
Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
Assist in identifying new business opportunities and market trends
Support the sales team with client follow-ups and coordination
Stay updated on service offerings and market trends

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Education: Bachelor’s degree completed or Master's running in Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in sales, or freshers with strong sales knowledge

Professional Skills Required:

Excellent verbal and written communication in English (mandatory)
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
Comfortable making cold and warm calls to international clients
Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset
Teamwork, communication, presentation, and MS Office proficiency
Prior experience in B2B or international sales is a plus
Basic knowledge of CRM tools
