Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to expand our market presence, manage retail and distribution channels, and drive sales growth across assigned territories. The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience in electrical, home appliances, or FMCG products and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell company products through retail outlets and distribution channels
Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and dealers
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base
Conduct regular market visits and ensure proper product visibility and availability
Collect market intelligence, including competitor activities and customer feedback
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support
Prepare regular sales reports and update management on market performance
Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in a related field
More than 3 years of relevant sales experience
Prior work experience in the Electrical / Home Appliances / FMCG sector is mandatory
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Willingness to travel within assigned sales territories
Must have two-wheeler with a valid license.
