We are looking for an experienced On-Trade Manager to drive sales growth and strengthen brand presence across hospitality and modern trade channels. You will develop and execute sales strategies, manage key accounts, lead a high-performing team, and collaborate with marketing and distribution for impactful campaigns. The role requires strong relationship management, strategic thinking, and a results-driven approach, with extensive travel across the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the on-trade sales strategy to achieve revenue, volume, and brand objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key on-trade accounts, distributors, and hospitality partners.
Drive high-impact in-venue activations, tastings, promotions, and events to enhance brand presence.
Monitor account performance, consumption trends, and competitor activity, provide actionable insights to senior management.
Ensure compliance with licensing, pricing, and company policies across all accounts.
Collaborate with marketing, trade marketing, and distribution teams for coordinated campaigns.
Mentor, guide, and manage on-trade sales team members to ensure coverage and high performance.
Prepare strategic sales reports, market intelligence, and recommendations for management decisions.
Skills, Qualifications & Job Specification:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
8-10 years of sales experience with significant exposure to on-trade channels, preferably in FMCG, beverage, or liquor industry
Strong understanding of hospitality sales, account management, and trade marketing
Strategic thinker with ability to translate market insights into actionable growth plans
Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and leadership skills
Results-oriented with analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in MS Office, sales reporting, and CRM tools
Willingness to travel extensively for market visits, account management, and team supervision
Ability to lead a high-performing team in a target-driven environment
