We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join Aircon Nepal as Sales Executives. The ideal candidates should be proactive, results-driven, and passionate about sales, with knowledge or interest in HVAC, refrigeration, and related products. Candidates should have a pleasant personality, strong communication skills, and the ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and prospect potential customers in the HVAC sector, including contractors, builders, architects, property owners, and dealers for Aircon Nepal Pvt. Ltd.
Generate qualified leads by identifying and visiting new construction sites to promote the company’s air-conditioning solutions.
Gather detailed information about new construction projects, including project owners, contractors, and key decision-makers.
Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, highlighting the company’s product range and service capabilities.
Negotiate and close sales deals while following company pricing, terms, and profitability guidelines.
Coordinate with dealers and channel partners, manage orders, and maintain healthy business relationships.
Expand business in assigned territories and consistently achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
Collaborate closely with internal teams such as installation, logistics, and customer service to ensure smooth project execution and high customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on HVAC industry trends, competitor products, and technological advancements to effectively position Aircon Nepal's offerings in the market.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum +2 education; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales preferred, but freshers are encouraged to apply.
Good presentation and communication skills.
Understanding of business concepts and sales methods.
Pleasant personality with a customer-oriented approach.
Good knowledge of the local area and market.
Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and Word.
Must possess a valid driving license and own a two-wheeler.
