We are seeking a dynamic, target-driven, and persuasive Business Development Officer who is passionate about renewable energy. The ideal candidate is outspoken, confident, and thrives on achieving targets while building lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales and marketing of the company's products and services in the solar segment
Understand client needs and provide customized solar solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technological developments, and competitor activities
Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction
Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and industry forums

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Education: MBA in Sales / Marketing
Experience: 2–3 years in sales of high-value products; experience in the power or renewable energy sector preferred
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Target-driven, self-motivated, and persuasive
Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry visits
