Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Biratnagar. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute a strategic sales plan in assigned area.
Generating business leads and converting in business.
Ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities for potential new clients. Keeping a track of clients contract expiry and pitching for renewals.
Follow up for the payments.
Prepare the weekly/monthly Sales MIS Report.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a similar role.
Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
