Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Analyze sales data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and new opportunities.
Develop a deep understanding of product, including its features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational goals.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including client interactions, sales, and follow-ups.
Work closely with other departments, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Required Age:Less than 30 years

Other Specification

At least 2 years of job experience in the hardware/adhesive-related sales/marketing field.
Able to develop market plans according to requirements and location-specific needs.
Provide clear and timely instructions to the marketing team and generate reports.
Submit daily reports to the company on behalf of the marketing team.
Should have reasonable presentation skills.
Must be sales-driven and able to track and achieve timely targets.
Must possess strong speaking and persuasion skills.
Should have a good command of social media and digital communication.
