Purpose of the position:
To coordinate with all the official corresponding activities by providing the supplemental administrative supports as well within and outside the organization/vendor and sales whenever needed.

Responsibilities and Duties:
The corresponding executive is responsible for:
- Reading incoming correspondence to ascertain nature of writers' concerns and to determine disposition of correspondence.
- Corresponding with inquiries and responding to them accordingly as per the guidance by Director of Head
- Reviewing correspondence for format and typographical accuracy, assemble the information into a prescribed form with the correct number of copies, and submit it to an authorized official for signature
- Making arrangements for flights, insurance, accommodation, tours and activities
- Providing general and specific advice about different travel destinations
- Drawing up complicated travel itineraries and ensuring that all the needs of the customers are met and being responsible for out bond packages
- Responsible for the managing weekly events
- Advising the customer about travel issues including required documentation and financial matters, such as appropriate exchange rates
- Advising clients on travel arrangements like visas and passports
- Planning and advertising different promotions
- Using a booking system to secure holidays
- Typing acknowledgment letters to persons sending correspondence
- Dealing with payments like collecting and processing payments and forward to finance department
- Route correspondence to other departments for reply as per situation, if needed
- Keeping clients up to date with any changes and making alternative arrangements for customers who have their trips interrupted by unforeseen issues
- Maintaining coordination & good communication with guests and various departments
- Preparation of various competitive itineraries and performing general administrative tasks
- Coordinating MD/Department of head /CEO
- Provide trainings and necessary classes to the co-workers regarding the specific jobs
- Follow up of the tasks provided to the co-workers
- Developing the mechanism to promote websites and social Medias
- Content writing for blogs and social Medias
- Promoting social media as per the market competition
- Maintain files and control records to show correspondence activities
- Visiting occasionally to the corporate offices with seniors for the promotional works
- Developing different IPs to connect business in international circles
- Organising sales visits
- Demonstrating and presenting products
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
- Establishing new business
- Reviewing sales performance
- Negotiating contracts and packages
- Any others specified by the Management
