Job Description

  • Promote and sell domestic and international travel packages, including flight, hotel, and tour bookings via the JioFlight website and mobile app.
  • Handle customer inquiries across phone, email, in-person, and online channels with prompt and accurate travel advice.
  • Prepare and present customized travel quotations, itineraries, and proposals based on individual client needs.
  • Follow up on leads, convert prospects into sales, and offer after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with individual travelers, corporate clients, and strategic partners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and corporate tie-ups to expand the customer base.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue goals.
  • Maintain organized records of client information, interactions, and bookings using a CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (operations, ticketing, and customer support) to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Design and implement strategic marketing plans to boost brand awareness and user engagement.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and YouTube.
  • Promote the JioFlight app to drive downloads, user acquisition, and customer retention.
  • Create engaging content for brochures, presentations, social media, and advertisements.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitors to refine marketing strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities and customer segments.
  • Manage marketing budgets, prepare performance reports, and evaluate campaign ROI.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure marketing efforts align with service quality and customer experience objectives.
