Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales, Business Development & Growth Executive to support customer acquisition, sales, business development and growth marketing across our AI, software, automation and premium travel businesses.

The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with customers, generating and following up on leads, presenting solutions, closing sales and supporting digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads through phone, WhatsApp, email, social media, referrals and meetings.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
Manage customer enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, proposals and sales presentations.
Develop relationships with corporate clients, customers and business partners.
Convert leads into customers and achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Support digital marketing, social media, lead-generation and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate with marketing, technical and operations teams to deliver smooth customer service.
Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular sales and performance reports.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling and repeat business.
Attend client meetings and field visits when required.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, IT, Travel & Tourism, Hospitality or a related field preferred.
2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, technology, travel or customer service preferred.
Fresh graduates with strong communication and practical skills may also apply.
Excellent English and Nepali communication skills.
Strong sales, negotiation, presentation and customer-handling skills.
Good follow-up, relationship-management and organisational abilities.
Comfortable working with targets and performance-based KPIs.
Basic knowledge of CRM, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and social media.
Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Canva or similar tools is an advantage.
Self-motivated, responsible, honest and willing to learn.
