Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Relationship Officer to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, managing bookings, and enhancing the overall customer experience to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support.
Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
Assist customers with travel bookings, itinerary updates, and service requests.
Resolve customer complaints and provide timely, effective solutions.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain accurate customer records and interactions using CRM systems.
Collect customer feedback and recommend service improvements.
Support sales and marketing initiatives by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in customer service, customer relationship management, or the travel and tourism industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused mindset with strong organizational skills.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
