Roles and responsibilities of this job

This is a professional, customer-facing showroom role focused on trust, service, and a good presentation of diamond and gold collections. We are looking for an experienced salesperson who is hard-working, motivated, and has a friendly, polite personality.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Consultation: Welcome customers and help them choose luxury jewelry for weddings, gifts, and special occasions.
Product Knowledge: Provide expert advice on diamond quality (the 4Cs) and gold purity standards.
Quality Service: Manage the sales process with care, patience, and high standards to ensure customers come back.
Sales & Record Keeping: Use the billing system and MS Excel to record sales and maintain a customer database.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Required Experience: At least 3 years of work experience in retail or sales (experience with jewellery or luxury brands is a major plus).
Required Education: Higher Secondary (+2 / A Levels / IB) completed in any faculty.

Skills & Computer Proficiency

Computer Skills: Good at using MS Word and Excel with fast and accurate typing skills.
Communication: Fluent in spoken Nepali with a good command of English.
Personality: Naturally friendly and likeable; comfortable talking with different types of customers and high-end clients.

Character & Drive

Motivated & Hard-working: Ready to work hard to meet sales goals and grow within the company.
Reliability: Always on time and maintains a professional work ethic.
Honesty: High level of personal honesty and care when handling expensive jewellery.

Salary: Starting at Rs. 25K+, negotiable based on experience and skills.
