Roles and responsibilities of this job
The Sales Associate is responsible for assisting the Core Sales team in lead generation, demo scheduling, demo preparation, data entry, and post-sale support. This role is focused on executing tasks that facilitate smooth school engagement and enable the Core Sales team to close deals effectively. The Senior Sales Associate ensures CLMS/sheet maintained accuracy, timely follow-ups and updates, and consistent presence in field activities, while maintaining professional relationships with schools and internal teams. The senior sales associate should actively participate in MST’s sales process by identifying potential partner schools and stakeholders under the supervision of the Business Development Head/ Manager. He/She should also be involved in conducting product demonstrations and presentations to school administrators and decision-makers as guided by the BD Head/ Manager.
