Sales Assistant

You'll be helping us find and reach out to potential customers. 

Most of your day will be spent researching prospects online, writing personalised emails, sending messages, and following up until they respond. 

You'll follow clear SOPs and templates we provide, but you'll need to think on your feet when things don't go exactly as planned.

This is a process-driven role - you'll be doing similar tasks daily, improving as you go. If you like routine work where you can get better over time, this is for you.

What You'll Do:

• Find potential customers for the company using online tools
• Write and personalise emails and messages (we'll give you templates and clear steps)
• Send emails and follow up with prospects across multiple channels (email, social media, etc.)
• Keep track of everything in Google Sheets
• Learn and use new tools and software as needed

This is a startup environment so tasks will evolve as we grow. We'll teach you everything, but you need to be comfortable with things changing and figuring stuff out on your own.

You Need:

• Strong English - reading, writing, and speaking (the whole job is in English)
• Comfortable using Google Docs, Google Sheets, and browsing the internet
• Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT (you should at least know what it is)
• Can work independently without being told every step
• Degree doesn't matter. Your English and ability to learn do.

Work Hours:

• 10 AM - 6 PM, Sunday to Friday. Saturday off.
