Job Description

The Sales and Operations In-Charge will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, driving sales growth, and optimizing distribution processes. The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a strategic mindset to ensure operational efficiency and business development.

Key Responsibilities

A. Sales Management:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market reach.

B. Operations Management:

  • Oversee inventory management, procurement, and logistics to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

C. Team Leadership:

  • Supervise, train, and motivate sales and operations staff.

D. Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare sales forecasts, operational reports, and performance metrics for management review.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business decisions.
