Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Sales and Operations In-Charge will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, driving sales growth, and optimizing distribution processes. The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a strategic mindset to ensure operational efficiency and business development.

Key Responsibilities

A. Sales Management:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market reach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key clients.
Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights.

B. Operations Management:

Oversee inventory management, procurement, and logistics to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Coordinate with warehouses, delivery teams, and suppliers to maintain timely product distribution.
Ensure adherence to operational policies, procedures, and quality standards.

C. Team Leadership:

Supervise, train, and motivate sales and operations staff.
Set performance goals and monitor team productivity.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

D. Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare sales forecasts, operational reports, and performance metrics for management review.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business decisions.

E. Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Implement best practices for inventory control, order management, and distribution processes.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
3–6 years of experience in sales, operations, or distribution management.
Strong understanding of sales processes, supply chain, and logistics.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP or inventory management systems is a plus.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
