We are looking for a smart and dynamic person to manage sales and operation in our Kathmandu head Office. The candidates must have strong, effective and excellent interpersonal skill. The individual must have the ability to work independently, as well as maintain a positive working relationship with the team. Job Responsibilities:

Understanding clients need and providing the appropriate trip proposals
Organizing trip itineraries and modifying them as per the client’s needs
Preparing quotations for travelers
Regular follow up by emails and phone before closing the files
Update inquires data in system for regular sales and financial reports
Briefing and de-briefing clients
Achieving sales target
Sales correspondence
Leading the Sales, HR and operations team in Head Office and lodges
Provide smooth coordination with operation department
Implement the updated sales initiatives, strategies and programs
Maintaining harmonious and effective working relationships with our FIT clients and agents
