Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Sales and Marketing Representative at IMS Health Product will be responsible for promoting and selling healthcare products while implementing marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and generate leads. The candidate should have a deep understanding of healthcare products and possess strong communication skills to engage clients and boost sales.

Key Responsibilities

Identify potential customers and sales opportunities in the healthcare industry.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote IMS health products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and distributors.
Conduct product presentations and provide product knowledge to clients.
Negotiate sales agreements and close deals with customers.
Conduct market research to track competition and identify customer needs and trends in the healthcare sector.
Manage digital marketing platforms to enhance product visibility and customer engagement.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences to promote IMS products.
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales and marketing objectives.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or +2 with relevant experience.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
Excellent knowledge of sales strategies and marketing techniques.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
Ability to meet sales targets and work independently.

NOTES:

Candidate must have a valid two-wheeler license.
Salary will be based on the candidate's experience and performance.
