Arogin Health Care is looking for energetic, target-oriented, and result-driven Sales Executives to join our growing team. The selected candidates will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, increasing patient/client acquisition, developing professional relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Generate new leads and convert potential clients into customers/patients
Conduct regular field visits, corporate visits, client meetings, and follow-ups.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate organizations, institutions, referral partners, and potential clients.
Promote the organization's healthcare services and increase awareness among target customers.
Plan and participate in promotional campaigns, health camps, community outreach programs, exhibitions, and other marketing activities.
Follow up with leads, enquiries, referrals, and prospective clients to maximize conversion.
Maintain regular communication with existing clients and develop long-term business relationships.
Conduct market visits and gather information on competitors, market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
Coordinate with the clinical, customer care, and administrative teams to ensure a smooth customer/patient experience.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client visits, follow-ups, sales activities, and conversions.
Prepare and submit regular sales activity and performance reports to the concerned supervisor/management.
Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve sales performance and business growth.
Perform other sales and business development duties as assigned by Management. Mandatory Requirements
Must be willing to conduct field visits, corporate visits, client meetings, and promotional activities.
Must be willing to travel within and outside the assigned location as required.
Must be target-oriented, proactive, self-motivated, and result-driven.
Must have the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Good knowledge of sales techniques, lead generation, customer relationship management, and business development.
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Good knowledge of the local market and business environment.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and report preparation.
Experience in the healthcare sector will be an added advantage.
