Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Sales and Marketing Officer position is required to strengthen the company’s lead generation, client acquisition, and brand promotion initiatives. The role will be responsible for driving sales growth, executing marketing campaigns, expanding market reach, and building strong client relationships to support business expansion and achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business leads through market research, networking, field visits, and digital channels.
Identify potential clients and develop strong relationships to increase customer acquisition.
Promote company products and services to existing and prospective clients.
Plan and execute sales and marketing campaigns aligned with company objectives.
Conduct client meetings, product/service presentations, and follow-up activities.
Negotiate with clients and support the sales process from lead generation to closure.
Maintain and update customer information, sales pipelines, and activities using CRM tools.
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Support brand promotion through social media, digital marketing, and other promotional activities.
Prepare sales reports, marketing updates, and performance analysis.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a related role.
Experience in sales and marketing within a relevant industry is preferred.
Proven experience in lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales conversion.

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge and practical experience in sales, marketing, or business development activities.
Ability to generate leads, negotiate effectively, and close sales.
Experience using CRM software and customer management tools.
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and social media marketing.
Strong communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic marketing tools.
Ability to analyze market information and prepare sales reports.

Other Requirements

Willingness to travel and work outside the valley for more than 20 days per month.
Valid two-wheeler driving license required.
Four-wheeler driving license will be considered an advantage.
Ability to work independently in field sales activities.
Flexibility to work according to business and client requirements.

Preferred Industry Experience

Experience in the company’s relevant industry sector is preferred.
Candidates with exposure to field sales, corporate sales, client relationship management, or market expansion activities will be given priority.
