Requirement for sales staff:

Search, identify and meet potential clients by growing, maintaining and leveraging the network.

Research and build relationships with new clients and determine business requirement and plan solution with technical teams.

Ensure the implementation and execution of business target.

Develop and deliver sales pitch to international and national clients.

Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

Conduct cold calls to prospective clients and set appointments.

Offer product and services to qualified clients through demos.

Qualify prospects as per sales plan, budget and decision making.

Education and Experience:

BBS/ BBA/ BIM completed.

1-2 years of experience in sales sector preferably in IT industry or service selling.

Skills:

Good communication and presentation skills.

Requirement for marketing staff:

Identify new clients, supporting sales and contribute in lead generation.

Evaluating and implementing marketing strategies

Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing and evaluating, advertising and developing field sales action plans.

Directing planning and marketing activities

Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish.

Education and Experience:

BBA/BIM/ BIBM/ completed.

1-2 years of experience in marketing.

Understanding of SEO and advertisement tools and techniques.

Strong knowledge about market research and strategy formulation.

Assisting with market research: Conducting research on industry trends, competitors, customer demographics, and market opportunities to support sales and marketing strategies

Supporting marketing campaigns: Assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including social media marketing, email marketing, content creation, and advertising initiatives
