In-depth knowledge about the principles and concepts of sales and marketing.
Good knowledge and understanding about customer and market dynamic environment and their requirements.
Knowledge of managing advertisement/ promotional activities, campaign and any other initiatives.
Strong desire for achieving excellence in customer satisfaction, process and product quality and reliability.
Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Nepali medium.
Sound physical health.
Previous experience working within a manufacturing setting.
Awareness Training program on GMP, ISO 9001:2000, TQM, Sales & Marketing related training.
Computer literacy with word processing spreadsheet, page makers, ISO/TQM training.

Maintaining Customer Relations through timely and accurate responses to customer orders and inquiries.
Monitoring and controlling finished product inventory, replenishing/ reordering systems for production scheduling with respect to customer order trends.
Assisting the Sales and Marketing Manager with the coordinating the development, maintenance and renewal of sales and distribution contracts with new and existing distributors, agents and customers.
Under direction of the Sales and Marketing Manager, coordinating order receipt, order dispatch and approval, and billing/ invoicing related tasks is accordance.
Supporting the Sales and Marketing Manager in the development of marketing strategies, promotional activities and product reviews associated with FH IOL Laboratory products.
