Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Officer to drive partnerships with education agencies and counselors, promote our partner universities, and convert student inquiries into successful applications.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, research, and onboard education agencies and counselors within assigned markets
Actively promote and sell universities and colleges represented by UniApply
Explain university programs, tuition fees, scholarships, admission requirements, and application processes to agencies
Maintain regular communication with agents and provide updated information on partner institutions
Support agents in converting student inquiries into successful applications
Conduct presentations, meetings, and follow-ups with agencies (online and offline)
Assist in organizing seminars, education fairs, school campaigns, and marketing events
Coordinate with admissions and documentation teams to ensure smooth application processing
Track leads, agency performance, and student enrollments, reporting to management
Maintain records of agency agreements, communications, and market feedback
Stay updated with global education trends and UniApply’s partner university offerings

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or related field
Prior experience in education consultancy, sales, or marketing is preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to research new agencies and education markets independently
Target-oriented mindset with ethical sales practices
Good presentation and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (preferred)
Willingness to travel for meetings, events, and field marketing when required

Note: Preference will be given to candidates who have their own two-wheeler
