Job Description

As a Sales and Marketing Officer at Arunodaya Distillery, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of alcoholic beverages and liquors in the 7 provinces of Nepal. You will utilize your expertise and experience in the industry to increase market share and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives
Identify potential customers and develop relationships to increase sales
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
Collaborate with various teams to develop new products and packaging designs
Conduct sales presentations to potential clients and negotiate contracts
Manage and maintain the sales budget and report on sales performance
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers
Organize and attend industry events to promote the company's products
Oversee the development of marketing materials and ensure brand consistency
Train and lead a high-performing sales and marketing team
Continuously evaluate and improve sales and marketing strategies to meet targets and increase market share
