Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic Sales Plans for both General Trade and Modern Trade channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive sales and brand loyalty.
Capability to develop the distribution network as per the guidelines set by the organization.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing and promotional strategies.
Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance team performance and productivity.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to present the sales plan in concise manner to management in spreadsheet and/or other relevant media.
