Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales growth, expand market coverage, strengthen distributor relationships, and ensure effective execution of sales and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should possess strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit assigned markets regularly to identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
Research market trends, analyze customer needs, and develop relationships with prospective clients.
Prepare and execute sales and distribution plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Identify opportunities for distribution expansion and market penetration.
Ensure effective implementation of marketing and promotional activities to increase product visibility and market share.
Optimize operational costs through efficient utilization of trade promotion budgets and sales resources.
Follow collection plans and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers and distributors.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide insights for sales strategies and pricing decisions.
Effective distributor management on key areas: Payment collection as per guideline, timely Bank Guarantee renewal, availability of distributors’ storage facility is as per prescribed guidelines, monitoring of daily sales van load and route
Managing the Sales representatives by properly training them on market and sales tools , monitoring their daily routes and ensuring sales targets are at par.
Monitor and target improvement of merchandising and visibility of products in outlets.
Undertake retail/ consumer surveys as and when required

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, FMCG, Beverage, Consumer Goods, or a related industry.
Strong understanding of sales processes, distribution networks, and channel management.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Excellent reporting, analytical, and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Willingness to travel extensively as required by the role.

Job Location: Assigned sales region inside Nepal.
