We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as Sales and Marketing Officer professional in the industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in sales and marketing, knowledge of the Nepali market, and experience in the Home Appliances industry. Responsibilities:

Promoting and selling our products to distributors, wholesalers, and retailers in the Nepali market.
Developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and target the right customer segments.
Participating in marketing campaigns, trade shows, and industry events to showcase our products.
Creating and implementing sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Providing excellent customer service by addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
Preparing sales reports and analyzing sales data to track progress and make necessary adjustments.
Staying updated on the latest market trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions.
Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to develop innovative strategies to boost sales.

Requirements:

High School degree in a related field.
Must have 2 years of experience in a related field (Steel and Home appliance).
Knowledge of the Nepali market and its dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software.
Should be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and a team player.

Note: Preference shall be given to candidates having two-wheelers with a valid license.
