About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and creative Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team and play a key role in driving revenue and brand awareness for both Nana Mountain Resort and Nana Jungle Resort. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the continued success of our growing resort.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for both Nana Mountain Resort and Nana Jungle Resort, considering their unique target audiences.
  • Conduct market research to identify new customer segments and opportunities for growth.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including online marketing, travel agent outreach, and participation in trade shows.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients.
  • Create and manage engaging content for social media, website, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee and analyze marketing campaign performance, making adjustments to optimize results.
  • Track and report on sales and marketing activities, including lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue generated.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as reservations and guest services, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Assist with the development of sales and marketing budgets.
